Create new field for name and email to comment anonymously

Remove comment tabs located everywhere and at the end of news place a commenting
area.
B4: Difficult to find Feedback form.
Solution:
Place the feedback tab on the top right hand side of the site.
B5: Too many options in feedback form
Solution:
Remove many options and replace a user friendly simple form.

Solutions:
Add a ribbon for the share options and group non mostly used options
